This fall service repairs weak or damaged areas of your lawn. Mechanically slicing the soil and dropping seeds in the slices. We make 2 bi-directional passes across the lawn to ensure excellent seed soil contact which is required for proper germination. We then apply a starter fertilizer that will help slowly feed the young grass with the optimum nutrient. The application is meant for properties that are struggling to grow turf or undergoing a renovation. Water thoroughly after application.
This application will manage 99% of actively growing vegetation and is a great way to start a turf renovation.
